So I ordered a lift kit about 3 months ago at this point, from Mudify @mudify , The intial address some how was incorrect after first package had arrived to wrong house I let Mudify know was told it would be fixed other 2 packages still arrived wrong address I was able to recover them because the person let me know by contacting me through my number which was labeled on the box , so I was still missing 2 shocks which I contacted Mudify about it they told me they where out of stock and that they would be shipped never got a update I then contacted them through Instagram and was told they where shipped then 2 weeks later was told they had arrived but they didn't now the problem is they refuse to give me a tracking number and at this point they are just ignoring my messages and refuse to give me the tracking number after they said they would. 6112 Bilstein assembled shocks is the missing part.

I would put in a dispute with the CC company. Lack of communication and blatantly refusing to provide tracking sounds fishy.

the first question would be, did you enter the wrong address or did the company ship to the wrong address even though you provided the correct address initially.

If you feel you where wronged, just disputed with your bank, CC company or whoever you used to make the transaction.

Don't mean to pour salt on the wound but this is why I rather pay more and buy from a reputable vendor. You try to help out the little guys but some people always gotta ruin it for the others.

There's 2 sides to every story, i hope they have a legitimate excuse and take care of you.

The first address was wrong some how I remember entering it correctly and should have been same as my billing address so IDK how my card went through despite address being incorrect well the thing is they sent 3 separate packages after the very first package had arrived I let them know then I tried to contact fedex to edit delivery instructions to change address but they told me to contact shipper which I did at which time Mudify told me they would take care of it which they didn't not as big of deal because I actually got those pacakges then Mudify sent me a email saying my order had been completely delivered despite the shocks still missing so I contacted them and then they said they didnt have the shocks and that it would be shipped no later then 2 weeks never happened contacted them again and sent them the correct address once again after being asked, they still took a month to ship the shocks after that and when they did they sent no tracking number no nothing just got a message one day from Mudify saying my shocks had been delivered they told me I would get a tracking number and never did and to this day still cant get one even though they claim it was shipped and delivered and now im getting no response even though they see my messages.

They were probably dropped ship from the manufacturer or from a third party warehouse as that’s a common practice with vendors when items are not in inventory. But regarding the tracking, that’s something they can get from the shipper. At this point, I would put in a dispute with the CC for the amount of the missing items. Explain the situation and that most of the item were received except for part number XX and cost $$. The CC company will probably want you to reach out to the seller before disputing the charges but tell them you did and the seller can’t prove or provide a tracking number to say otherwise and now they stopped responding to your concerns.

I recently dropped about $2700 on wheels and opt for free shipping. The fine print stated “free shipping does not include tracking number” and I must select the other option ($35 fee) to receive the tracking number. I figure I’ll call the company. After finishing the transaction online, I called the company and was told I should have select the $35 fee to receive a tracking number. I essentially told them that if I don’t receive the 5 wheels I ordered, I’ll put in a dispute with my CC and they can deal with the charges because everything nowadays are ship with a tracking number. And to charge an extra $35 buck to send me the tracking number is BS when the shipper send them the tracking number anyways. Next day, they email me all 5 tracking number.
