    I don't get what the OP needs help with , he says he wants to sell his 2nd gen and buy a 1st gen .

    I know, for real. Everyone was yelling and it was starting to scare me. :(

    Anyway, if the cost of the lift is what your main concern is, then it shouldn't be. I've never done it but I'm guessing everyone is correct in saying that the cost should be the same, keeping in mind that if you sell the 06 then you would have money left over to do the lift. :)
