    2.7L 3RZ,K&N filter, 4" deck plate mod,flowmaster 40 series,3" suspension lift, hybrid 52"chevy/toyota rear springs.
    why not go body color with the grille and bumper then black wheels if you dont like the silver afterwards, nothing against blacking out as I have done few its just everyone and ther brother with a silver taco has been blacking grille, bumper and wheels

    I was thinking of going with some Rustoleum w/ adhesion promoter.

    A body color grille might not be a bad idea. I've seen a few on this board that looked pretty good like that.

    If I was to match the body color in regards to the grille, how/where on the vehicle do I find out what the exact color is?

    I am trying to go the other route. I see Lots of trucks and cars that Black every thing out. i am going to ( slowly lol) try to make a truck look good with out blacking anything. Not say that blacked out trucks look good is just that i am what they call an unconventionalist. :D
