Same exact thing happened to me several years ago. It splashed all over one side of my truck and even onto my black wheels. Luckily I got the contractors name who spilled it so I filed an insurance claim. I ended up removing it with goof off but I noticed that if you look closely the white paint had started to etch into my clearcoat. Also in hindsight, I would not use goof off on your paint because it also caused the clearcoat to be hazy where I used it. In my insurance claim they quoted to have my truck repainted and my wheels refinished. I opted to have my buddy do a full paint correction with a dual orbital buffer and even put on a ceramic coat so I could maintain the factory paint job. Looked better than new and even got to keep the original paint job. Good luck with getting yours fixed

Try Alcohol. Depending on how wet/dry it is, Alcohol should do the job. Might have to use that elbow grease but it's safe on your clear coat. Just remember that will also take off any wax you have on the truck.

Blasted a 5 gallon paint bucket in my old Silverado some years back and it was actually worse than that. I hit it at about 70mph, it was sitting straight up, caved in the center of the front bumper and white paint exploded straight up in the air along with the lid. I'm sure it was glorious to watch. 3 weekends and a clay bar took care of it. The worst part was getting it off the gray textured recesses of the grille. Clay bar gets it off, but you have to want to get it off lol.

    ...stuff
I had a similar thing. Mobile auto detailer fixed it right up and it looks better than when I picked it up from the dealer.

Had this happen to a new motorcycle. Worked at it with microfiber towels and soap over a few weekends and got all of the noticable stuff off. Pain in the ass.

Schaeffers Citrol works amazing for stuff like this. It's my go to for any paint, tar, etc. There was a guy on YouTube who used it on Porsches to remove racing stickers. It's the best cleaner I've ever come across.

Just make sure if you do attempt to clean by hand do not use your fingernail. I made the mistake on trying to get some grime off a spot on my taco and finger nail marks were pretty bad, and I was barely using any pressure through a wash cloth!!
