It's something like 15mm farther out. Stock have +25mm offset, TRD Pro wheels have +13mmish or something around that. Maybe 10mm.

It's basically a flush fit but maybe some of the more aggressive sidewalls will be out past the fender a smidge.

So I have no idea about MPG as the dealer literally unloaded my truck from the car carrier and pulled it inside and switched the rims and tires (and a bunch of other stuff).
They do not stick out past the wheel wells, that is the reason I got them. The tires are a little more aggressive than the ones that come on the TRD Pro, but they are not noisy at all.
Everything on the truck is stock TRD Pro stuff (except tires). I am putting 1/2" leveling spacers on the front to level the truck because I think the TRD Pro Fox suspension (it is not on the truck yet) will still leave the front down some. The Toyota website lists the TRD Pro as 1" taller than the Sport & OR. ToyTech told me that the Pro, Sport and OR are all the same, but I don't think that is true because of what the Toyota website says. My only concern is that I don't want the front sitting high than the back. I haven't been able to get clear confirmation on if the TRD Pro sits level or not. Hopefully someone can chime in on this...
