What size bolt screws into a brake rotor to remove it?

    Same. Hammer=several minutes, bolt=30 seconds and no risk of hitting myself or any other truck parts by accident

    Don't put grease anywhere near braking surfaces. The heat will make the grease runny and it will contaminate the braking surfaces.

    Use a very light coat of anti seize. Better to not put anything between the mating surface of rotor to hub.
    Brake grease is for the sliding pins of the calipers.
