What size rear does my truck have?

2007 Toyota Tacoma SR5 PreRunner 2.7l 5 speed



I just purchased gears and a locker for my Taco. I was told that if my truck was a SR5, (Non TRD/Sport) that the rear would be an 8.4. That is what I have on the way. I haven't actually tried to fit them, but I don't want to get it all taken apart and find that I have the wrong stuff.

I've heard of ways of finding out, but no matter how much I search TW, I can't seem to find the answer.

Below is a picture of the front, and a picture of the sticker on the back. Hopefully someone can tell me for sure, exactly what size this is.

TRD Offroad is 8.0

TRD Sport is 8.4
