Hey guys, I'm about to purchase a 3" lift/level kit from Rough Country...http://www.roughcountry.com/toyota-suspension-lift-kit-745n2.html I am wondering what size tires you guys have run with this or a similar lift kit?? I don't want them to scrub but I also don't want too much wheel well showing either. Thanks for any input! :worthless:

Depending on your wheels, you can do 33's with minor trimming. You may have to get new UCA's to get the alignment within specs. Also, rough country and spacer lifts are shit if we're all being honest here.

No hate but please reconsider your choice of Rough Country.

No I haven't researched that yet. For the time being, I will be keeping my plastidipped steel wheels. 16"

I do appreciate honesty! I just wanted to go with it since it was only 249 lol. My truck is a lease so I will be turning it in 3.5 years from now and purchasing a TRD PRO Tundra. I don't want to sink thousands into a lift.

Well. I would rather not cut anything since it is a lease and I will be turning it back in to get a TRD PRO Tundra. This is a "get-me-by" until then. The lift will basically be for looks. I like the look of a slightly lifted/leveled truck. I will be doing some light trail riding but nothing too big for the lil pee-runner.

I would get 5100's all around and save your stock suspension. Throw the 5100s on and when it's time to trade up, throw the stock suspension back on and sell the 5100's on here.

Remove mudflaps, CMC, and trim some of the fender flare plastics where the mudflaps mount..at minimum

275 max without trimming and you may still rub. Also 17" wheels can only handle 70 series tires for the same reason. Buy the 5100's, set them at 1.75 and don't bother with an aal. Well under $400.
