What size wrench to hold camshaft

    TOYOTA OEM: Cast Aluminum Running Boards Mud Guards Bed Mat All-Weather Floor Liner NIssan Frontier Sliding Bed Extender
    what size wrench is needed to hold the camshaft while removing the timing sprockets. My adgustablw crescent wrench is too wide and rubs on the round part of the camshaft. Engine is 4.0 1GRFE.
