The 3 threads I found on this topic all have different answers.

It seems the bolts (4) are M8 x 1.25, but there's disagreement on whether it's 20mm long, or 25mm long.
Mine look pretty beat up; I assume yours do too.

One person even suggested using a body screw of those dimensions, which is not a flat end but rather conical. I don't know if that's a bad thing (the shape).

I am thinking of replacing them with new stainless screws, and running a chaser/thread restorer through the female thread holes to try and fix it. Maybe some before me slightly stripped it, because one of the bolts does not screw in as smooth and easy as the rest.

Dealer might have the stock ones for like $5/ea; a lot for just screws.
Might just remove one from the truck and take all the measurements with a digital caliper to get an idea of what length screw to use, and what size washer.

But I think the stock ones not only have a big flat washer on there (like a fender washer) to distribute the load to the splash guard and hold it,
but also a lock washer on top of that, maybe to keep the thing in place.

I bet the threads on my original ones look beat up too, just like this pic:

Which ones are you all running?
