What camper size fits 2016 trd 6ft box? Examples of brand names of older models would be cool beans

One that doesn't exceed the itty-bitty Tacoma payload rating and is around 6 ft or so in length would do the trick.

Check your door jamb for the max payload.

Really expensive ones because they have to be light weight

Four wheel camper - swift of fleet. I’d go with a top like vagabond or gfc instead.

Nice!..thank you. The pop ups are great but $ and everyone knowing your in it bothers me.
I guess what I was asking more specifically was.. what old school campers (name brands etc. ) fit?
    Yes fibreglass is the lightest.
I plan to gut all the ridiculous cabinet weight and other heavyass stuff in it. Pimp lite! I'm in canada if that helps.
Im sad...My taco is in the shop getting a recall rust inhibitor sprayed on and they gave me a Ford 150 loaner...what a piece of crap!

I have had a hard time figuring this out as well. I dont like the pop ups as it just seems like more things to fail to me and I also don't like everyone knowing you're in there. The new travel lites, as nice as they are, cost 30k!! I just can't spend that much. I'm happy to strip out an old one and just put in the basic stuff I actually need in but I'm not sure what camper to start with to do that. I'm also in B.C. Canada. If anyone has fit an old used camper and made it work let us know!
