Found out today that grooveshark was shut down. :pout: It was an awesome, free music site that had everything imaginable - live stuff, rare stuff, stuff you can't find anywhere else. You could build your own playlists of songs, broadcast your lists to share with others. And now its gone! All gone!

What else can I do? Where can I go? I need my music to get me through the day! I am allowed to have headphones at work so I listen to music almost every day, all day. I loved grooveshark since I could listen to whatever I wanted!

Spotify at work and Pandora on my phone. I like that I can control what plays on Spotify but I also like the randomness of Pandora

    Try out 8tracks.
User submitted playlists. No ads. Only three song skips per hour but you can skip playlists as much as possible.

spotify seems to be winning out. i'll try 8tracks too, hadn't heard of that one before. don't really like pandora because you can't really control what you're listening too.

some of this, a little of that
Spotify premium, we run it all day at work, and I stream in the car or truck all the time. I like being able to play whatever I want.

I don't think it searches for songs.......pick a group & it'll play a list from that group along with other groups similar to the one you picked. The best part of Jango is the unlimited skip feature. I don't think any other streaming app does that.

I use Pandora and Spotify. I tend to use Pandora more since it adds more "new" music to my stations than Spotify did.

    The better coast
Pandora for me. Used it for years and have no real complaints about It.

Sometimes it's on point. Other times it can be: "like really, wtf is this"
