    yellow - probably clothes or grocery bag hangers or maybe for a power cord if you are using it at as work surface for a laptop

    The tabs are for things like bungee cords, fish net stockings, thongs or bras, anything elastic you could use to secure what ever you throw on the seat back. That indentation if for a thermos full of hot beffaroni.

    Edit you could probably fit a small pizza box on there. The bench seat work surface which is a big slab of plastic on the F-150 is the perfect size for a small pizza but there's no way to secure the box.
