What the hell with tire rotation at dealer?

    No need to remove the tires and rebalance, just break down the bead unscrew and replace, marry to the computer. Done deal.

    Maybe so, I've only done it once, but my buddy was helping me at his shop. It was chore, Jeep JK from the Diamler days, aluminum valve stems that corroded, so we had to break em all out and clean the holes. Our work Dakota did the same thing, forken POS.

    Done it so many times I couldn't count, because of metal caps we as a dealership get to a point we would not touch any tpms senser that was aluminum with out the customer first removing them. It only took one person that through a fit to put that in place, with the service manager we had at the time. They started to make metal caps that were placed over plastic to fix the problem about the time I left that job.
