What tire size can i go with on my 06 taco

    Im putting in either a 2 or 3 inch leveling kit on my 06 taco and am wondering what tire size i will b able 2 put on there im hoping for 285/70/17 is it possible with the leveling kit and offset rims? the stock size is 265/65/17

    well those amounts of lift are gonna go beyond leveling and will have you sittin higher in the front. If you want to run the 285/70/17 then you should probably go with the 3" up front. but then your gonna need new upper control arms. Basically your opening up a can of worms.

    thread jack: i love bc. my dad and i go there almost every summer for about a month! its amazing! going to blackcomb in the summer and snowboarding, the fishing is great and golf is awesome!

    Ya that's kinda what I was figuring from talking to people and reading up on it thanks guess I'll just go with the stock size tires, could be worse at least the rubbers will be cheaper lol thanks guys & ya I love it here other than it's so damn expensive for everything... Especially truck parts lol but still worth it
