Mine came with the same Goodyear's pictured earlier in this thread, too. At only 1,200 miles on a 2021 TDR OR we went to Big Bend and did a number of the off road trails in the Nat'l Park and Big Bend Ranch state park.
Tires did just fine. Terlinqua Abajo, Old Ore Road, Maverick Road, etc. Didn't do Black Gap but that's me wanting more armor underneath before doing tackling that one. Most miles are still going to be onroad so there needs to be a compromise rather than full tilt boogie offroad setup.

My biggest complaint with the stock tires are they make the truck wander if the road has any sort of trough or crown. Other than that no real complaints.

They're not the happiest thing on rain grooves either but they're on the truck, they're paid for and have done fine so far. We'll see what happens ~30K miles down the road when they are up for replacement. No reason here to pull them off right now. YMMV.

Got the same tires as pictured on my 21 OR DC LB. My 19 Wrangler Sahara came with the same tires and they have served me well over the last 2 years. When it's time to replace both, I'll probably go with the Duratracs.

This is funny as I think the OEM Goodyears were the WORST tires I've ever owned in snow. Hands down, period, end of story. I don't care if we want to discuss aggressive A/T's, mudders, 3 season highway tires, dedicated snow tires, whatever. They were the worst tires in the snow I have ever owned.

Outside of that I really don't have a complaint. Even performed better in mud than I thought they would. Didn't do great but didn't get stuck either.

You can work out that with the Toyota Dealer, when I bought my 2015 Tacoma l didnt want the awful Rugged Trail tires that it came with. Before l took delivery of the truck they removed them and gave me full retail value towards a different set.

Goodyear Wrangler. 8/32 of tread left after 2 years and 24,000 miles. They have less traction on wet roads, dirt roads, and snow than the Bridgestone Dueler A/T Revos and Firestone Destination A/Ts I had on my previous truck.

Yep, the Wrangler with Kevlar is half decent! Be careful with the sidewalls and you should be fine even with moderate off-roading. Here's a taste of what they can handle.

    20190810_161240.jpg

Also I've managed to puncture three of my four tires with standard jobsite garbage over the last two years. All of them were easy to repair with rubber plugs + cement and the repairs are holding the test of time. Not a single PSI lost.

OP, it is good that you are thinking about this now. It will give you time to think through a solid strategy.

If you keep those tires, you will be fine. I had them for a short while on my new 2020 TRD OR and liked them. I found nothing wrong with them. So at least you have that option. Check the search here, some people really like them and some people really hate them. I think that truth is somewhere in the middle -- they are fine.

If you wanted to change the tires (for whatever reason) see what your dealer will do for you. If you let them know ahead of time they may be more than willing to give you a credit and work with you. I know some people have those kinds of dealers -- but for some reason that never worked out for me. :)

If the dealer won't do that for you, then you will quickly and easily sell them on CL or FB Marketplace. You will get more for them, obviously, the newer they are. You can have your new tired picked out and even pre-sell the stock ones and do pretty well.

I decided I wanted different tires and I sold my stock ones to a buddy who was starting a new business for a ridiculously low price. But I felt good about it and it was pretty hassle free.

Good guess! Southern vermont, actually. Ice Bed Rd in Wallingford. Google maps loves sending people down this ATV trail when they navigate to White Rocks Recreational Area.

My 2020 OR came with those Goodyears as well. Didn't mind them for dry/wet usuage but in some late fall icy conditions they were awful but I wasn't expecting much. I forget which but the all season Toyos on my 2gen were much better on ice. Neither obviously as good as these blizzak shoes for winter though :)

Goodyear Wrangler Kevlar junk rubber. Had 2 nail punctures and a tread blowout in first 3000 miles. Should have changed them out on day one. Our roads are tough on tires, KO2s in E rating last till they wear out.

That was essentially my opinion as well. I swapped them immediately for Goodyear Ultraterrains at Discount, and they gave me cash for the OEMs. In New Mexico the Ultraterrains work well on all surfaces, in fact better than the Goodrich's I had on my old Tacoma.
