What tires fit my rim?

2005 Tacoma Prerunner

6" lift, off-road bumpers and winch

Hi everyone,
I currently have 35x12.5R18 on but want to change to a 285/75/R18. Is there any way to confirm these tires will fit on my rim without taking the current tires off and measuring the rim? There doesn't seem to be much difference but wan to make sure the slightly narrower tire will fit my rim.
