Hello group. I've been searching for my first 2nd gen Tacoma. I'm going to look at this one Saturday morning. I would appreciate some advice on what to look out for when I go to check it out. We are located in Southern California. If I bought it the purchase price would be $11,750. It currently has 153,000 miles on it. Thanks in advance for any tips.

This is what the ad says:
2007 Toyota Tacoma Long Bed PreRunner. Truck is meticulously taken care of and is in great shape in and out. Have always put synthetic oil every 5,000 miles. All scheduled maintenance done on time and correctly. I am the second owner when I purchased it at about 55,000 miles. V6 automatic.
Starting on the outside of the truck, I put 2016 Tacoma coilovers on the front which leveled the truck and put larger BFG all terrain tires. It has a soft cover on the bed which rolls up. I installed a light bar in the grill. Has the tow package on the truck as well. The truck was in one accident. No frame damage, just the front bumper was cracked and replaced by professionals.
The interior is completely clean. I’ve had waterproof seat covers on the seats the entire time I’ve owned it so the seats are brand new, you can see the rip in the sea cover and the seat material under. It has a pioneer touchscreen head unit and full pioneer speaker system, backup camera, and Bluetooth. AC works great.

    Timing cover for leaks
    Valve covers for leaks
    Wheel bearings
    Frame for rust
Inspect the leaf springs (look for broken spring)

Ask when the Anti-Freeze, Differential, and Trans Fluid was changed.
Look at the tires and ask when the brakes were last changed.

    Other than that, drive it.

You could also get the Vin #, sign up for a free account on Toyota website and see all the service history Toyota has preformed on the truck.

Welcome Jesse, looks like a nice rig. If it has only lived in CA you shouldn't have any frame rust.
I'd take a piece of cardboard and slide underneath it to look for leaks, etc. just the same.
