I'm getting a full OME kit installed next week. I remember a thread about what should be measured before the lift, but I can't find it for the life of me.

I know the obvious, center hub to wheel well, but I thought there was something to be measured on the rear driveshaft as well.

    Thanks!

    Probably your angles.

I would take detailed pictures as well as measurements. If your angle gets too big (with a 3" it probably will) you will need spacers to drop it back down to be within comfortable angles.
Your axle will remain where it is and your frame will be higher, which means your transmission and t-case will be higher (The left part of the picture) the higher they get the more of a bind your driveshaft is in. Installing the driveshaft spacer lowers it back down to be closer to your axle's height.

Flange to Flange on the top and bottom of the driveshaft?

I'm planning to install the cb drop with the kit.

    Thanks for the response!

Hmm I've never done it but that sounds right. Try and get the angle shown in the picture (how high/low the drives haft has to go) in degrees if you can. More or less the height difference between Flanges, hopefully someone else can chime in
