What to order with control arms

I am finally pulling the trigger on upper and lower control arms. I plan to order JBA for the uppers but I am not sure what is needed for the lowers.

I'll get OEM lowers that come with a ball joint and bushings. What else is needed for installation? My current alignment cams are frozen are there replacements available?

Good deal. I've been looking online trying to make sense of the parts diagram for the adjusters. I just can't figure out what the hell I need for both sides!
