Only had this setup for about 1000 miles now. Really need to get the front up. I’m mostly on pavement and haul or tow and it’s definitely stiff, which I like.

All the OME springs are $179 at Bilstein lifts, so they’re affordable and I’ll put them in so no labor.

Also, with the OME springs, the heights they give are those with the Bilstein 5100s set at 0?

Here's mine with stock coils and 5100s set on the 2nd notch (I think it's .65"). I haven't measured, but it looks damn close to level to me. I also have a Bakflip tonneau and hitch mount bike rack on pretty permanently, so that may compress the rear a bit. I think it rides noticeably better than stock in the configuration. No weird or unintended side effects for me at all.

IMG_20190208_074106154_HDR.jpg I'm on 5100s set on the 4th perch, stock coils and UCA. I did a 1 inch rear block. I did the ECGS clamshell bushing and a 1/4 inch shim for the taco lean. Added some Toyo open country at2 SL tires on some TRD pro Sema wheels. Got about 3 inches after tires in the front and about 1.5 in the rear. No issues, no vibrations and she rides awesome, allignment was perfect. You don't have to go with new coils in fact my truck rides the same as my neighbors truck who runs some 888 and a block in the rear. Mine is more plush than the stock sport ride.

Man, this thread is what I needed (the pictures). Trying to level my 06 out a bit. So, I'm hearing the 3rd and 4th notch mainly, and nothing done in the rear? I have a fiberglass camper on full time, and maybe tow a trailer twice a month. Trailer is probably 4000 lbs. Can do anything in the rear to help support the, twice a month tow, without raising it?

Yours is a little different being a 2nd gen. Those have less perches. 4 vs 5 on 3rd gen bilsteins. The first notch up on those is .85 inches which may work for you. You should be able to find a 2nd gen specific thread that may give you a better idea.

    This is correct.
My mechanic did this and we carefully measured it all on the truck.
    The rake is perfect.
    The ride is excellent.
    I am very happy with 5100's x4.

I thought about that as soon as I posted. But, you have everything stock on your 3rd gen, and it came out pretty level with front 5100's? Looks level to me. I'm just worried how much it may squat when pull a trailer.

Finally pulled the trigger. 18x9 +1 Fuel Contra 265/65/18 Ridge Grappler. Bilstein on all four corners. Front set at 1.5 inches with 1.5 tapered block in rear. I wanted to keep factory rake. I already had 50,000 miles on this truck and I can tell you it rides better than factory with this setup. I was prepared for it to be rougher riding but it is not.

Looks great, people always say its going to ride ruff. I found my 5100s set on the 4th clip and a one inch block rides better too.
