got a little bit of cash saved up for the 2016 DCSB TRD OR which upgrade should I do first?

    body armour (sliders)

    skidplates (CBI full skid)

    winch bumper/winch https://www.southernstyleoffroad.co...line-hybrid-bumper-access-holes-20-heise-led/ & smitybuilt X20 10k winch with synthetic line

tires on stock OR rims.. thinking 265/70-17 in either a BFG AT KO2.. or possibly Goodyear Wrangler MTR

keep in mind truck is my DD, has no lift (yet), and prettymuch stock except the soft tonneau cover, and cali raised ditch lights I installed.. Pop-lock kit is ordered..

I like to think the winch would be a good start, but let me know what you think I should start with thinking suspension is last after I add all the weight of gear/armour.

Personally I would suggest the OVTune especially since it’s your daily. But it’s your decision

If you plan to use it off-road, get sliders. If you are more concerned with drive-ability or MPG, get OVtune. If you're in it for looks, get tires.

Tires, tires, tires. None of the other off road shit matters if you can't get 15ft off the pavement without getting stuck.

Stock OR wheels are 16” so you’d have to replace the wheels too.

    1st, Pro grill. ;)

That's a joke, but if I didn't buy a grill I might not have ever gotten around to doing anything else to my truck.

I was getting ready to order new wheels and tires, when I got the grill, so that was probably going to happen anyhow.

    Get tires, then get sliders.

you could get a smaller winch and sliders. I ran a 3000lb winch in my 2004 tacoma for years and it will pull a chevy 2500 cargo van loaded. with no problems what so ever.

Tires and sliders. Do you already have basic recovery gear? If not put together a good kit and you can get yourself out of most stuff without a winch

I'd hold off on the SSO bumper for a bit. They just announced an upgrade for them involving "wings" that wrap around to the wheel wells. they should be ready to go sometime this month. Whatever you do first depends on how you think you'll be using it. These trucks are pretty capable right out of the showroom. I personally did a 3" lift first and swapped out tires and wheels. Then armor. Including sliders and full skid set. Then bumpers. Front and rear.
