I am expecting delivery of a new 2015 Tacoma any day now. I want to leave the tires ad rims it comes with on for the summer but to prepare for this fall's hunting season I am looking for 2nd hand rims to put some new BFGs on.

How can I make sure that the rims I buy will fit my new truck? If someone has rims for a 2005 Tacoma for example, or does not know the year of the truck the rims came off of, how can I check they are the correct ones?

Bends on the lips which can cause air leaks and compromise the structural integrity of it. Rims are fairly straight forward, its the tires you have to be nore cautious about. Slow leaks, alignment wear, cupping, feathering, etc. But I digress.

    Yes sir
If you're buying 2nd hand rims, get as much info about the rims as you can. For example: backspacing, offset, size (obviously), bolt circle size. Then just make sure that those rims not only work for your truck, but also for your tires.
