Snap-On is the best for the money. I have 4. Three digital and one click type. The digital ones are extremely accurate. I know this because I bought my own torque wrench comparator. It tests a torque wrench, pictured below!

With that said, I recently needed another 1/2 torque wrench and went with a $100 craftsman from Lowes. It's pretty dang accurate, how long it will last, is the question.

I use a HF click-type 1/2" drive for most things 50-120 ft/lbs, Husky 1/2" long-handle clicker for 120-200 ft/lbs, and I have a few other options for lower torque applications. They all get checked for accuracy with a vise calibration from time to time.

If you are building or rebuilding engines, a top shelf torque wrench is probably a good idea. When I was doing this, I had Snap On's best. If you're working on the old Yota, a Harbor Freight model is fine and better than not using one.

Since it does not use an engine, or motor Harbor Freight Pittsburg Brand will be fine. Never buy anything at HF that needs electricity, or fuel to run.
