F-150. It was a close race between it, the Frontier, and the Taco when I was buying. But when it came down to it, I don't need a full-size, and I wanted more offroad prowess than the F150 offered. Neither the F150 or the Frontier had the same driveability or build quality of the Taco. The F150 was an especially weak motor for a V8, even though almost all of the truck was awesome. The other problem was the cluster/dash...jesus what a clusterfuck:

Really Ford? It's not the space shuttle.

i would've gotten a frontier...that was my second choice behind the taco...i really hate the look of full sized trucks...remind me of my grandpa's trucks or something i dunno....they are just too long and too big and the mpg flat out sucks on them....i can't imagine any of them going off road very well...they are so heavy they would get stuck in the mud too easily...i guess they are mainly for towing which i don't have a need for...i put my atv or lawnmower in the back of my taco that's about it..lol....that new ford raptor looks cool though...but still wouldn't buy it

My other truck is my favorite beside my Tacoma.....2005 Mack Granite....plays hard all day in the mud, snow and anything else I have to drive through....;)

Plus with the 427 coupled to an Allison 6 speed My "Mack Office" will pull "loaded" with any of them plus surprise a few 4-wheelers at lights;):cool: when empty:D..

I had a 04 Dodge Ram 1500 quad cab w/5.7 HEMI for about 40K miles with only a few minor probelms. It was a great truck and I love the look of Dodges. I think they are way underrated
