    Hi all,
    I'm new to this forum and I just pulled the plugs on my 2005 4.0L Taco. My manual says iridium plugs should be used for my 2TR-FE engine, I was surprised that the Denso K20HR-u11s were in there. WTH??? I already purchased the Denso k20hr11 iridiums and was going to put them in but wanted to be sure I wasn't missing something.
    I only have 120k. Guess it is time to put Iridiums in as the manual recommends. Why would Toyota put non iridiums in there? Or did the dealership install the incorrect plugs during a servicing?

    Hi there. Where in the manual did you see it specifies iridium?

    The reg copper is what they all get from the factory
