You are right in TC has a stronger presence in the racing side and Im sure they can take a lot. Sorry if I came off forward, just simply wanted to know more about LR in regards to limitations was all since you brought it up. Thanks for the clarity.

Yup. They have more clearance, a beefier ball joint, adjustable. So they improve over the OE parts in many areas. It could very well be that the SPC arms are just fine and probably no worse than the factory parts. But I'm not sure they are better either and I figured if I was doing it might as well make it so there's no question.

No problem, I got the impression at first you were trying to disprove their worth. So I can vouch for them, cheers! If you're looking into new a arms, definately recommend! They fixed a laundry list of my issues

Haha I did it just because I was worried about breaking crap as Im known to do. Seriously though after your input...I think LR would be a good route!

I've got the LR uppers. I'm a bit worried that they might not hold up, but so far they have. Part of me doesn't like the fact that they *could* slide out of adjustment even though they're torqued well. I really doubt they'd hold adjustment after a jump or two, but I don't think they were really designed for that(along with many other parts on the truck).

I got JBAs and I couldn't be happier with them. Lifetime warranty on the UCAs, one year warranty on the ball joint. Ball joint is a GM Heavy Duty ball joint so it's easy to find and replace. And you have more movement in the BJ than the competition

My '07 Started with light racing UCA back in '09, but a year later one ball-joint was done and the other side's bushings were toast. Replaced with Camburg (with factory ball-joint setup) and moog ball joints, five years on and no issues.. I do use Amsoil grease for the bushings and ball joints though.. I don't like the grease fitting positions on the Camburg and the threading was sub-par, so before installing on the Truck I re-threaded larger 90 degree grease fittings to make servicing easier ... I went with the Camburg 1.25" Uni-ball UCA's a few years a go, no complaints.

Balljoint and bushing design is changed since, now there is a greasable balljoint and urethane bushings.

Best adjustments in every UCAs available. Just tighten well (little overtorque) the ball joint big nut, it holds after that.

In my opinion "do it right the first time". I've owned 3 sets of UCA (4 counting stock) - got the LR first and they were great but uniball is better. Got icon tubular to go with my icon extended travel coilovers, now have total chaos (which I believe are the best out of the 4 that I've ran) to go with my King c/o. Uniballs arent invincible and neither are ball joints. Every UCA will need new components after a while and some abuse. I could've serviced the icons and just kept them to go with my king c/o but I bought them pretty cheap so I decided I will sell them and "upgrade" to TC for a little bit more
Good luck with whatever you choose to go with OP
