You don't void any more warranty than you ever have lifting your truck. They aren't gonna fix your tss sensor though because it isn't within their tested specs, and they could be liable if it malfunctions.

I voted 2017, I have one and also owed a 2010 previously. I honestly like the 3rd Gen but I guess I’m one of those that doesn’t want the TSS on my lifted, dedicated adventure style build. That said my wife’s 2019 RAV4 has the new TSS and it’s awesome. But my truck isn’t a daily driver so I’ll pass on the Wiz-bang tech for now.

Wasn't going to vote, but the 2016 is a great truck imo, and us early adopter's really ruined this forum for the second gen members, so...lol

Personally, I would wager the 2016s are the best trucks. They probably took more time with them. They had some teething pains, but that only affected certain trucks. If that is not your truck, you are likely golden.

Myself, I love the 2016s because they are OG 3G. It was tied with 2018 interestingly.

Dude, cool your tits. It's idiotic illegal behavior, and he already had almost 3 accidents as he claimed. Reckless disregard for other innocent drivers. Fucking ignorant.

A great way of normalizing this data Could be done by dividing number of votes with total number of trucks sold for the given year. This could reduce over and under estimations that results from different sales numbers. For example, I assume there are a lot more 2017 owners than 2020 owners. Considering most people vote for their model year, dividing votes by sales would normalize this. It would output something like model year recommended most by owners.

It's well known that 13-15 is the sweet spot for Tacoma. It'll never get better than that.

I can't believe the 1969 Pontiac GTO didn't get a vote yet, I vote for that one.

For one I had no idea the dude had been in 3 other accidents and in no way do I condone texting and driving or changing music while your driving, as that’s what the “tools” on the steering are used for.

The point is that, giving someone shit for utilizing a safety feature is crazy town. The thing has saved my ass when I’ve looked in the rear view mirror not realizing the person in front came to a dead stop. Granted I had enough distance to stop had it not been beeping at me, but it’s a pretty nice feature that offers some utility and causes you to become immediately alert. Especially if someone in front of you is doing some stupid shit.

Doing anything but looking at the Road is dangerous while driving, but it’s easy to get distracted whether it be zoning out, a deer running in front of you, or otherwise.

I just think you’re comment was unnecessarily aggressive lol
