floor mats came with the truck, so I don't count that. Got a Tonneau and a bed mat at the same time for my first accessories.

I've owned if for about 4 months and just last night spent some money on it. Toyota all weather mats and the Toyota bed mat. The all weather mats suck though, I should have went with Huskies. They are thin and basically can't hold any dirt/snow. Bad choice.

Full rebuild short of machine work, mean green motherfucker! Lime green block, hand-polished valve cover, and stickers! Too broke for real mods right now. Stonewall is my baby, but he's also a work truck.
First accessories I bought for the Taco were the Realtree floor mats and steering wheel cover. The driver's side mat usually just ends up skewed and twisted around and doesn't really cover it right- the floor is just as muddy as it. :D Steering wheel cover gives me a little better grip, and my hands don't burn/freeze as violently.

Still haven't installed that sound system I posted about in this thread way back when. It'll probably be a while, too.

Don't know if this would count as an accessory or Mod but the first change I made was an AFE Pro Dry Drop In Replacement Air Filter.

If that doesn't count then it would be an Undercover Flex Tri-Fold Tonneau Cover.
