Probably forgetting something... but I worked summers when I was 16-17 spraying weeds on the family ranches. That was under the table though. First official job I suppose was at 18 at AG-Rx as a "sales intern", pretty much just a title though. In reality I drove around to avocado and lemon ranches checking fertilizer tanks, monitoring everything, and walked groves to check for pests.

Baked pretzels at Wetzels Pretzels at the mall. Surprisingly I loved that job. All my friends worked at the mall so that helped pass time. Oh and we got to take home all the pretzels we wanted if you worked the closing shift.

    14. Worked in a Dog Boarding/Training place.

Would get home from School and ride my bike down to the Kennel. Would feed/water all the dogs there. Then had to walk all the dogs. Then had to clean up dog shit/piss from the one's who couldn't wait.

Employers were very cool. Even remember the Owner's name, Chip.

I remember a lot of the dogs to.

    - The meanest mini-poodle you ever met. Motherfucker would even growl at you when you gave him food.

    - A couple big German Shepards who belonged to the owner. One was very unfriendly and spazzed when he saw the other dogs...every day...14 years old...trying to rangle a full sized Shepard through a room of dogs with them all barking like mad and the shepard trying to go after them all.

    - An OSU football player kept his dog there. Demetrius Stanley was the player, Rohan was the dog. Great dog.

I worked as a caddy for a private country club in Grand Rapids, Mich when I was 15. I made $4.75 for an 18 hole round. That worked out to about $1.25/hr and they usually tipped.

I wish! I still remember getting yelled for eating a pickle slice! I only got the usual 10% discount. But after that I never worked fast food again! After that I worked at a preschool as a recess teacher, then CVS, then A&F, then joined the military.

Tacoma is stock and staying that way, Pickup is TBA as of now.
First actual paying job was a paperboy for our local paper when I was 13 years old, loved that job, it was independant and as long as the papers were delivered on time, never had to deal with the boss. I only saw him the day I was interviewed, then we all got laid off in favor of having the post office deliver the papers instead, I was so pissed.

My first job was at 12 walking the cotton fields of OK with a hoe in my hands. Made enough cold hard cash that I could go to town on Saturday, make a deposit in my savings account, take in the picture show with candy and soda, couple of games of pool or pinball at the billiard parlor, a new Hot Wheels car or model from TG&Y, and finish off with a double scoop ice cream hand dipped at the drugstore. Now that I wrote that out 1971 wasn't as bad a times as I thought, even if I do still hate johnson grass.
