I use IBIZ World Class Car Wax . 50$ for kit. Very high price. Once you use it you will understand why it is worth it.

No one uses Liquid Glass? I just put on my second coat in a year. I work around Petro-chem plants so i had a gritty feel on my paint so today before I waxed I went over it with mothers clay bar, now its smooth as a baby's ass. I love Liquid Glass its about $20 a bottle but you only have to wax about 2 times a year. I kept thinking I need to wax but I would just wash it real good and the water would bead off again.

Reading all these posts on wax and cleaners leads me to put in my 2 Euros.
I discovered through the MINI (north american motoring) forum Zaino Bros wax and other goods. I have been using it since 2003. They have stuff specifically for solid and metallic colors. There is also a enhancer additive. Take a look at the web site and see what YOU think.

    JaxWax liquid carnauba paste wax.

I picked some up at a car show a few years back and have been using it ever since. It leaves one hell of a shine behind.

I use a plastic dish thingy that takes off the bug without scratching the paint. Works especially well on love bugs.

I now use Zaino. I had been using Megs since high school, I'm a little older, maybe wiser and decided to go a little more upscale.

If you really want to get blown away look up www.detailingbliss.com
There are so many different options, systems, and combinations it'll give you a headache after 30 minutes of scrolling through the threads. Just depends on how much you want to spend.

+1. I like the mothers line, the back to black works really well too (no, not as a wax)

I have been using the Klasse AIO on the car for a few years now..but am considering giving the Zaino a go on the truck.

First couple times I tried that ICE and wasn't impressed, a couple weeks back picked up some Meguiars NXT 2.0 tech wax and loved it, after wiping it down it has that nice slick feeling when you run your hand over it.

Can you go over the trim with the NXT 2.0, without the clouding issue with typical wax?

NO, NO, NO. Color matched painted trim stuff, yes. Like bumper plastic but NO black plastic like door handles, mirror trim, bed rail covers, etc. It will eventually leave a white residue that is fun to try to remove from black plastic parts. Use Peanut butter to remove it.

Emphatic no understood. What product can be used over the bed rails and door handles. I must admit that I am not really wanting to tape off those areas.

I use SYSTEM ONE Spray wax.

Some people say I'm biased, but I'm not sure why...
