Ahhh, zee spayleeng & grammmmmer popo hav found joo. Dey iz alwayz crack mii up tryun 2 b awl proppa sew deyz kan reed eez e ur.................Anyway, I drag my 12' kayaks 1000 miles around the state with bikes and camping gear no problem with 4cyl 5 speed access cab. Plenty of room, even opted to sleep in passenger side seat vs. in tent when it was 30 degrees and slept just fine with seat leaned back. Tacomas are for camping, SUV's are for soccer moms, go with the Taco.

I got it for exactly what I will be doing with it next weekend...camping with the kiddos. I had a Montero Sport before and it did the trick for camping just fine, but I got tired of always having to clean out the back. There have been plently of times that I would think having a bed would be better than having a closed-end back like a SUV. I like the ability of just being able to hose out the bed when done with a camping/fishing trip.
