I'm about to lift my 2000 tacoma with a toytec 3" lift kit and am not sure as to what size wheels and tires i should be looking for.. somewhere on toytec site i saw that they recommend 32x11.50x15 tires, or a 275/70/16 tire on 8" wheels... i just don't wanna get the wrong setup and then end up with some rubbing... thanks in advance

Had tons on the old Taco's.... new Tundra is pretty stock
I think 285/75/16's would treat ya well. Might need minor trimming.

I had to trim the inner fenders (Splash Guards) in the front and back. Really easy to do. I didnt have to cut any of my fender flares.

What kind of wheels are you looking at? Make sure to check the backspacing and offset to get the best fit.

I think you would probably want something with 4.5 BS or less with 0 offset. I'm running a 305 tire with a 16x8 rim that is 4.5BS and 0 offset. (Works fine for me) Hope this helps.

yeah i was thinking 4.5 BS will be the best.. i've been doing some research here and a lot of people go with that backspace and 0 offset.. although i saw this guy with -12 offset... not sure what the effect of that is though???... does it make the tires stick out more??? ...
