Yes sir, they charge an extra $100 I think for custom work. Just email them what you want and they can try to make it work We had to play with this one a bit to get it to work with the TSS

I have a 9500lbs superwinch with synthetic line. Sits inside my @demello bumper. I was able to move the control box up behind the passenger headlight with a custom bracket and then routed the handheld controller connection and a momentary switch to inside the cab. Unfortunately I don't have any good picture on me so I'm really not helping...

yes, I could easily reach down between the grille and radiator to turn the mechanical clutch lever. the biggest issue is having to open the hood every time you want to utilize the winch. I would pop the hood then lower it without latching until I was done using the winch.

No install video, but it’s pretty easy even by yourself. Use a floor jack on wheels makes it much easier.

You can install a winch later, just take out the grill.

I did the SDHQ hidden mount with the Warn Zeon 10S, couldn't be happier. I went slow on the install, stretched it out over 1 evening and finished up the next day. Only addition I'm making is adding an On/Off switch to kill the power to the winch when not in use. I'm going to use the Blue Sea Systems HD-Series Heavy Duty Battery Switch since it is rated for 600 amps continuous (winch draws 435 if I remember correctly). I'm in process of 3D printing a mount for the driver's side fender bolt holes now. Hopefully the test print piece is good to go without any changes, takes forever to print...
