What would be a good seat cushion?

Hi, the seat in my tacoma gives me back aches and I want to buy a good seat cushion with a great lumbar support for my lower back. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I should purchase?

Tacomas come from the factory with a bunch of different seat options and you don't tell us which one you've. got.

Apparently there is a product called "Back Joy" ( I know it sounds GAY) but a truck driver friend swears by this thing. It's like $40.00. I might even buy one. Just GOOGLE it.

Well I think mine has the base buckets with just a recline lever and the lumbar wheel. This seat definitely sucks.

I come from a nbs chevy with 8 way power seats and leather with heat and this seat has almost got me to the point of selling this thing and keeping my full-size rig.

Did I mention this seat sucks? My lower back is killing me and my butt just cannot seem to get comfortable.
