    Pretty sure you can put the antenna under the plastic covers off of the bed.

    A few nice things about having nav in the head unit, is the screen size, the location of the screen, the radio mute, and verbal directions coming through the stereo speakers. As far as the GPS antenna goes, I have mine mounted on top of the head unit (under the dash), so there are no visible wires/antenna, and there have been no issues with signal. I do have an aftermarket unit though.

    I have the (useless in utah b/c of grid addresses) nav and google maps, but I still keep one of those rand mcnally atlas' tucked between the console and the pax seat JIC.

    I vote do a tablet install and run google maps. I rented a car from silvercar that had google maps, and I have never wanted something so bad again for a car ever.

    I use my phone. Gps voice comes over the stereo, a single din kenwood.
