Our Townhouse had "new" laminate flooring when we moved in; 3 grand children plus one dog & 3 years later it still looks great....Wife does an excellent job of staying after the spills and I keep my "mud" off from it BUT this stuff is great PLUS a 15 year warranty ....
I'm on a slab also if that matters....and this is the entire 1st floor,minus kitchen and bath....VERY HIGH TRAFFIC !!!!
