I don't know what invoice is on the truck I'm looking at but a 2009 Tacoma Access Cab, Pre-Runner, SR5, for 21,500 out the door taxes and all and my tax rate is 8.25% here so nearly 2000 for taxes and registration.

no not yet..this is the quote here

    $28,628.00 is factory MSRP
    $25,840.32 is the current Internet/Fleet Price (+ tax & DMV/fees)
$1,500.00 is the available rebate** (offer expires 8/3/2009)

If this is a quote for a 4 cyl regular cab 2wd, then no. If it's for a fully loaded V6 DC LB Auto TRD Sport 4wd with bed extender, tube steps and a six pack of beer then yes it's a good deal.

Need more specifics to answer with accuracy.

thats a descent price. In nov. 06 i bought my 07 prerunner DC sport w/ tow for 24.5k, so with the extras that the 09's have, i think it is a good deal
