    Wheels and tires are a nice upgrade on a new truck. I sold my stock wheels with the stock tires mounted (minus the air pressure sensors) for $900 on Craigslist. That’ll stretch your $3k budget.

    My second choice would be (and was) a topper. It’s a nice addition if you like a dry, secure truck bed.

    Funny enough. That’s what I’ve spent so far on my build, here’s a list of things I’ve gotten as I’ve seen the need for them over time. It’s scary how quick it adds up. Purchased the car 6/5 for reference. It’s a 2022 TRD OR 4x4 MT CSM with the southeastern package known as XP Predator Package which is just the TRD Pro 16” wheels, different tires, blacked out emblems, and black tip exhaust.
