Last week I called my local dealership to see if they had the Matte Gray TRD Pro wheels and was quoted $185 apiece from the parts desk. I thought it was fair overall since I wouldn't have to pay shipping and picked them up the next day. I never thought to check their website and today I see this below, they are listed for $171.33, on sale from $215. Not a huge deal but I still don't like the idea of paying almost $60 more than I needed to. I'm not sure if they were on "sale" at the time I ordered. Do I call and see if they can refund me some $ or do I suck it up because that's the way the ball bounces?

You paid an agreed upon price one day. No problem. Later on they were offered cheaper.

This is NOT the way to handle this. If you wish to get the difference refunded, your best bet is to go in with a smile. Either way, you paid the quoted price so they don't owe you anything (hate to say it).

I bought my RTT the day before Smittybilt lowered their prices a couple hundred bucks - they offered me a gift certificate for the difference when I asked nicely. That was OK for me as I was going to buy more of their gear anyways.

Update, I called them. They said they couldn't do anything since the purchase was already made but they'd give me 20% off another parts purchase. I don't think I need anything else now so the offer will probably go unused. Slightly disappointing but it's not worth making life miserable over it.
