What are you paying for a gallon?

I filled up this morning for $2.35

 

Was gonna try and do some easy trails up in Big Bear this weekend, but like @TXpro4X4 says I will probably cancel that plan now. Be one thing if gas was up a few cents or whatever, but we've gone up nearly a dollar per a gallon in a little over a week...it's flipping nuts.

I guess that's really only an extra $25 or so if I do go out this weekend which isn't the end of the world, but if it isn't slowing down yet I'm afraid of at what point will it finally stop rising?

What's crazier is I really don't hear anyone talking about it around me out here..haven't heard it on the news or radio. Last time we had a big price hike like this everyone lost their minds. I guess so many people have hybrids and electric cars now that they're just like "meh.."

Really sad that we are getting raped like this where most everywhere Is still below $3.
And know one seems to care.

Like the tax return crap from earlier this year.... I think we just have too many people here that just don't give a fuck anymore like educating themselves before they vote and what they are voting for as long as they make more money. When in the end people are actually hurting from it.

Gas went down 5cents at the same station for 87 this afternoon on the way home.
No drop in other octane

 

I paid 4.10 this morning for 87, 91 was 4.40 and this was a chevron, one of the cheaper ones around me. Others i saw are around 4.40 for 87 and about 4.90 for 91. Pieces of fkn shit CA!

 

$2.39/gal for regular this morning.

Well the Arco down the street has stayed at $4.31 for 3 days now, I guess that's "good"...considering it was going up .20c a day prior to that.

 

I paid $2.69 for mid grade yesterday at Exxon.

 

$2.55 at Meijers(includes .10 off w/ Meijer MC)

 

$2.18 at the local sam's club for regular.

 

Just paid $4.78 for 91 , $62 for 13 gallons !!!

 

Bay area has huge fluctuation depending what city you fill up at.
Some of the East San Jose 87 can be had for 3.70's and 91 3.99 4.00's.
Diesel is cheaper for once and can be had in the 3.80's

 

Chevron in Rancho Cordova, CA (Sacramento area) - $4.19/87 octane
Arco AM/PM (across street from Chevron) - $3.89/87 octane

Friend of mine currently in Kansas City, KS on a business trip sent me a pic, $2.22/87 octane at a local gas station there this weekend.
