    you can get the six speed in the double cab tacoma? I thought it only came with the tacoma xrunner and the 5 speed in all the others, that bad a$$. Hows it cycle threw the gears pretty smooth with a lot of shifting? I want to test one out so bad I have a 96 xcab 5 speed that rips pretty hard and its just the 2.4l I love that truck, I put 50+ K miles on it and bought it for 6g's and it runs solid and takes a beating on the trails.

    Mine is a 2006 4-cyl automatic with access cab. bought for the gas mileage. very happy with it. could not get a fancier one with the 4-cyl, so had to settle for very plain white one:( . It has the best bed out there. love those runners and the hook set:)

    I bought it on Saturday November 16, 2001. When we have to depart from each other, no doubt I'll buy another Tacoma 4 x 4, this time with a 6 speed manual instead of the 5 speed.
