    5100's w/ 285 KO2's, AFE CAI, MBRP Catback, BAMF Grill, remote start, oemaudioplus setup, sound deadened
    3" 5100 lift on all four corners. Ive noticed stability control kicking in when im going about 15-20 into a parking lot. Generally almost fully locked in one direction. Anyone else have this problem? I initially thought it was just rubbing, but thats not the case.

    I have the same problem if turning fast at lower speeds almost locked and it kicks on but doesn't happen too often so I haven't worried about it

    Looks to be a yaw sensor problem. And by problem i mean its only after the lift happens. Thinking about shimming it at the back to give it a more nose down sitting angle. Seemed to work for a tundra owner that did the same thing

    Question guys. I did am ome 888 coils dakar leaf pack rear. Did a cab mount chop. I have 250/80/17 stt max on 17s. I set my caster at 3.5 and I'm still rubbing on cab mount in reverse. Would 1/4 spacers up front help my problem?

    What wheels are you running (particularly width and offset)? If you're rubbing the cab mount, spacers will only make the problem worse. Either you didn't chop enough mount off or you need more lift.

    Kinda shocked that you're still rubbing there with that much caster.

    8.5 width. Ya I really don't get it I cut as much off before I would get into the hole of the bushing. I rub in reverse gunna take offroad today to see what happens

    So when you said you rub in reverse that was off-road and stuffed or was that normal street driving? Best I can tell you're essentially running 33"s on a pretty aggressive offset and width rim. That may be the max (or right on the line) for these trucks without a front bumper and aftermarket UCAs for even more caster/clearance.

    One thing I miss about my 4Runner is there was a lot more space in the wheel wells.

    Ya that's just the street. These wheel wells suck so small. So what can I do to get a little more lift in the front. It's been a pain in the ass. I went w 33s so I didn't have to worry about rub but here I am. I even went with more narrow 33s 255/80/17

    Now I'm about to to feel dumb - when you mentioned spacers initially were you referring to wheel or suspension? I just assumed wheel :facepalm:

    Best thing to do would be a small spacer lift on top since your OMEs aren't adjustable.

    Sorry for the lack of reading comprehension - obviously had a rough weekend.

    Yeah I'm a clown. Definitely do the 1/4" lift spacers. Be mindful of your CV angles.

    I don't know how much lift your OME kit provided but typically much over 3" from stock (hub to fender would accurately measure this) without a bracket lift (less desirable for real clearance, think BDS) or full long travel will place your cv joints at a more extreme angle. This can lead to the boots rubbing themselves to the point of tearing or just premature wear of the joint.

    Lots of people do this and just deal with a torn boot WAY later. Some never have issues. 3rd gens haven't been out long enough for someone who has cranked their coil overs way the hell up to complain about a torn boot or messed up CV yet.
