WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT SWAPPING 2ND GEN BENCH SEAT FOR BUCKETS;

I find the bench only slightly uncomfortable, but I would like a center console. I also can't stand to have my wife drive with me in the truck since my knees will be smashed against the glovebox...

I do like that there is a decent bit of discrete storage behind the bench, even when I'm driving. I can toss a double rifle bag and a few other things back there with no issues.

 

I'm been trying to contact TacomaBuzz about this seat swap, but all of his work for the year has been deleted. Did anyone happen to have a copy of this missing information? Appreciate it if someone can post the information that was removed. Thanks!

 

Good evening everyone. I am hoping to refresh this once again, if possible.

I am a mail carrier, and have been using my TRD dbl cab to run my route. Tho my tail bone is feeling my decision most of all! I LOVE my truck, but a bench (regardless of reclining options) would only make my life, and tail-end better.

I've done everything here that I've read two times over does the airbag light go off by itself or is there some way to reset it I've swapped a wiring harness hooked everything up like everybody's suggested and I still got an airbag light on
