I ripped off my right front mud flap yesterday.

missing flap *sorry for horrible pic*

the little piece of wood *which can barely be seen* must have somehow wedged against the flap and ripped it off.

It was last night...but close enough...while installing my Avid Off Road Light Bar, I had no help, so while trying to hold it up, and set it on the bolts, I used an old milk crate to hold the other end up while I tried to line up the one side...needless to say...it tipped over and scratched the hell out of my bumper...ordered duplicolor to fix it:facepalm:

Well kinda of lol still debating, I am one of the most indecisive people IN THE WORLD. I am still taking into consideration my rear locking choices and gearing for after the 255's but I will probably have them installed by the end of the week (the tires that is)! Still trying to debate the price and things a little bit more :woot:

*this thread is off to a good start*

I have a bad shock absorber going out...every day I drive it probably breaks some more so I kinda 'broke' it today.

It looks like the shock is kind of bent...any one else think so?

DOes it count when your 7 year old opens your tailgate on to the trailer jack not once but twice. There use to be no scraches on it now 2 and one dent.:annoyed:

Today I hardwired my Escort radar detector; tapped into the green wire from the map lights, but needed a good ground. Had a small screw handy, so I went to drill a pilot hole into the bracket that the console light unit attaches to.

Well it was a brandnew titanium drill bit, and the metal was softer than I anticipated, so the bit chewed through it instantly and slammed into the roof; there is a very sharp point now in the roof, just above the windshield and right in the center. The paint cracked, but I didnt penetrate all the way.... its been a few days I can almost laugh about it now.... Just a matter of welding...sanding.... bondo.... sanding... primer... paint... clearcoat.... But for now I just put a pice of HD clear scotch tape over it, should do for the moment....

That sucks, mod gone wrong. You should post a before and after pic of the dent.

I think maybe trapper6speed needs to do some bondo repairs perhaps
