Timmy Hortons has shitty coffee, cold sandwiches, awful BAKED donuts (donuts should ALWAYS be fried) and they got rid of the bread bowls for soup! No wonder Canadians are sooory all the time!

I don't think the girl behind the counter thought you were nuts. The coffee drink you described is actually called an Americano and is on the standard Starbucks menu.

No, but I've seen a pattern.

Young guys get into trouble on sport bikes because they're so absurdly powerful.
They're in trouble before they realize it...and quick reactions can't help them.

Old guys get a middle age crisis and buy Harleys.
Too many of them go into it with insufficient experience..and their reactions aren't what they used to be.



Yeah, there used to be Pigeon shoots at Hegins before the animal rights weenies targeted the Gun club for protests.
Pigeon shoots are the real deal...modern trapshooting was developed to imitate that.
A helluva lot of money is won or lost at the surviving pigeon shoots.
Especially the Columbaire shoots.

Pigeons are surprisingly difficult to hit.
I've shot pigeons for farmers from time to time.

 

I believe you. We have the option of installing the app on our phone or getting a key fob type that will generate your code on the fly. Either way, if you lose it or get a new phone you have to go through a nice lengthy process to get a new credential and lock your access account to it and you can't get on our vpn without one. It doesn't help when they drop you 20x a day and I have to go find my phone just to log back in. No one says anything if I'm offline though so meh..

 

Ok, it's not THAT annoying. I only have to authenticate once a day.
