Our sams account got some fraud charged to it last month. They cut our account off. My wife called, they sent a new card. We still couldn't access our account online. They ask for something off of our paper statement. We have paperless statements. Had to wait on them to mail us one. Got it, still couldn't get on. My wife ask the dude "how does someone steal our account info? It's our own account and we can't even get on it?" major headache.

 

Our company has an I.T. hotline. Dail em up tell em you're an idiot and locked yourself out and they send you e-mail with a new password in 5mins.

 

Fuckin story of my life. My costco card got charged at some random costco gas station in the bay area a couple months back. They called me and I confirm "hell no that isn't me, why would I want to go to the bay?". I mention that I had locked my card because i wasn't using it and they said that "i guess it never got locked when you locked it" right. So they canceled it, canceled the charge and sent me a new card. I only just activated it and immediately locked it and check every couple weeks to confirm.

 

Must be nice. HD is either A) too cheap for that B) has their own heads so far up their asses that they can't figure out how to properly run basic logistics, which has been true for the majority of my time here. Good thing about it is, that by the time they come to me about something they believe me to be behind on or need to take care of, it's already been fixed.

 

Just got an email from UPS...4/5 packages were just delivered! Gonna take an early lunch so people don't see the treats on my front step
