    It’s not anywhere close to what it’s marketed to be is it?
    We pay $3 per hr standby. My staff take one week of call every five but that week can be fucking hell. With Covid cases thankfully dwindling for the time being the surgeons are like meth riddled silverbacks trying to squeeze every possible back logged elective onto our schedule. Crazy times man but so much respect for your effort!! :hattip:
