This company has the philosophy that you don’t need to know how to do the job, you just need to know how to manage people....... yeah, we will see how that works for them. I couldn’t imagine doing this job without coming up through the ranks and doing the job. Hell this guy won’t even know where the bathroom is!

It’s going to get good in a few weeks! There are 2 of us retiring but they are only going to replace me. Then change the schedule to one like Tex works. They are doing away with the relief week. The other 3 foreman are not very happy about that.
