My wife does this with her grandparents. We can have a conversation about all 3 of her grandmothers, and she uses "Grandma" for each one. I constantly have to ask her which one she's talking about.

I think being an appraiser would be a great job. My neighbor does it and stays as busy as she wants to be. She makes $400-$450 per and does roughly 8-10 per week.

 

...but they're hired by you (or your people for that matter), and they're told what target price you're hoping for.
Assuming there's nothing too crazy, they almost always give you exactly what you need to complete the sale.
